怡境在创造一个个落地项目的同时，也在推动“重构永续生态，赋能品质生活”的理念落地，积极联合高校和政府机构投入设计研发，跳出具体的项目从行业的角度发现市场未来，通过具体的课题研究建立可实践的、具有前瞻性的理论体系。目前怡境已经成立了集团研究中心、广东风景园林工程技术研究中心、文旅研发设计中心、商旅创意研究所等研究机构，涉及领域包括整体设计领域、景观领域和文旅研究，多项研究成果获得国家专利。

GVL has always practiced with the idea of “reconstructing a sustainable eco system and creating a high-quality life”. Actively cooperating with colleges and universities as well as the government, GVL has established a feasible, practical and prospective system. By now, it has set up its group research center, Guangdong landscape engineering technology research center, cultural tourism R&D center and commercial tourism research center. GVL has held a number of patents for its research in integrated design, landscape and cultural tourism.
